The famous dish from indonesia.This famous dish is actually an Indonesian dish with the special ingredient "sambal lalapan"also known as "sambal belacan".Without the special sambal,It's no longer call lalapan.Probably it would be call Seseven or tetujuh.This famous lalapan dish is served on quaint clay platter with a choice of chicken ,beef or fish with fresh cucumber,long beans,cabbages,spinach,deep fried tofu and tempeh around the platter with the sambal in the middle.
